John Carpenter’s seminal 1978 horror film, ‘Halloween’ was a huge hit. An independent film that saw set fifteen years where, after murdering his sister on Halloween night 1963, Michael Myers escapes from a mental hospital and returns to the small town of Haddonfield, Illinois, to kill again. From a $325.000 budget it made a huge $47m and spawned a seemingly endless cycle of sequels none of which came anywhere near to the original film and its Halloween house setting.
As part of a promotion for the last three films that were helmed by director David Gordon Green we were invited along to the Halloween house ….but had Micheal returned?
