What is The Invite trailer?
The Invite sees Joe and Angela’s marriage, already on, when they invite their enigmatic upstairs neighbors for a dinner party during which the night spirals into unexpected places.
The origins of The Invite trailer…
Starring Olivia Wilde (who also directs), Seth Rogen, Penélope Cruz and Edward Norton the film has had a lot of favourable reviews after if it was shown at film festivals last year. Originally Amy Adams, Paul Rudd and Tessa Thompson were cast in the lead roles but the project got stuck in development and a completely new cast was hired. The screenplay by Rashida Jones & Will McCormack has drawn a lot of positive reviews too and is an English language remake of the Spanish film, ‘The People Upstairs’ (2020).
