Focker in Law trailer is the fourth ‘Parents’ film!
It’s been over 25 years since Meet the Patents hit the big screen earning an impressive $330m and two sequels followed the first of which in 2004 made an even bigger $522m and the second sequel in 2010 made $310m. Well now sixteen years later we have a fourth film with the release of the Focker in Law trailer.
The story of the Focker in Law trailer….
This new film sees a young man named Henry, son of Greg and Pam Focker, face family chaos when he decides to marry a strong-willed woman who appears to be his complete mismatch.
Cast, crew and new stars….
Comedy icon and Emmy winner Ben Stiller and two-time Oscar® winner Robert De Niro reunite and are joined by Grammy winner and Oscar® nominee Ariana Grande. Written and directed by John Hamburg, who co-wrote the three previous Meet the Parents films, Focker-In-Law is produced by Oscar® nominee Jane Rosenthal and Robert De Niro for Tribeca Productions; Ben Stiller and Oscar® winner John Lesher for Red Hour Films. Along with Robert De Niro, Ben Stiller and Ariana Grande are Owen Wilson, Blythe Danner, Teri Polo, Skyler Gisondo, Beanie Feldstein and Eduardo Franco. Beanie Feldstein, Skyler Gisondo, and Eduardo Franco previously co-starred in Booksmart (2019).
Will she return?
Barbra Streisand’s return as Roz Focker in the upcoming film is uncertain due to her dissatisfaction with past pay, though Ben Stiller hinted negotiations are “in process”. While she previously indicated she would not return, citing unequal pay compared to male co-stars in previous films, producers are hopeful for a cameo.
Focker in Law is released in cinemas on 25th November 2026
