Now You See Me (2013) and its first sequel saw four magician based conmen pull off audacious heists and both films did well at the box office earning just shy of $700m worldwide Well nine years after the last film we have a third film with the release of the Now You See Me Now You Don’t trailer.
The story has been kept under wraps but judging by the trailer its thought that Eisenberg’s character had a falling out with the rest of the crew initially, and now he recruits a new young crew to steal the Heart Diamond from a rich family who runs a global criminal network (Pike plays the family’s matriarch). Soon, the original Horseman and the new team team up to take the network down.
Jesse Eisenberg, Woody Harrelson, Isla Fisher and Dave Franco return as the Four Horsemen, while Rosamund Pike and Morgan Freeman join the ensemble cast. So confident are the film makers about this third film that a fourth film is already being scripted
Now You See Me: Now You Don’t is directed by Ruben Fleischer and is set for a 14th November 2025 release.
