If you’re a fan of writer-director Paul Thomas Anderson then you’ll be keen to see his latest (and by far his biggest budgeted) film to date with a first glimpse at what to expect with the One Battle After Another trailer.
The film synopsis goes along the lines of…. When their evil enemy resurfaces after 16 years, a group of ex-revolutionaries reunites to rescue one of their own’s daughter.
The film stars is headlined by Leonardo DiCaprio along with Benicio del Toro, Sean Penn, Regina Hall, Teyana Taylor, Chase Infiniti, Wood Harris, Alana Haim. The film is is rumored to be an adaption of Thomas Pynchon’s 1990 novel, “Vineland”. And looking at its release date this could be an awards contender for 2026
One Battle After Another will be released in UK cinemas on 26th September 2025
