The Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit trilogy has pulled in over $6billion so there’s little surprise that studios want more and 2026 will see a new film helmed by Andy Serkis. Well just released is a new film from Middle Earth and the War of the Rohirrim premiere in London. An anime animated feature film it is based on the indices of The Lord of the Rings with a female heroine. read our review HERE
Turning up for the World premiere of the film was Peter Jackson, Ian McKellen & Andy Serkis. Jackson has executive produced this new film and McKellen is rumoured to be returning to his role as Gandalf in the near future. Along with the three men were Billy Boyd and Dominic Monaghan from the original cast who also spoke this new film.
