The John Wick franchise has been massively successful doing that most rare of things insofar as each successive film has earned more money at the global box office than the previous film. Well now we’re into to spin off territory with the release and first look at the Ballerina trailer starring Ana de Armas who was so good as the newly qualified South American secret agent in ‘No Time to Die’ giving Bond a run for his money.
Taking place during the events of John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum, the film follows Eve Macarro (Ana de Armas) who is beginning her training in the assassin traditions of the Ruska Roma.
Starring alongside Ana de Armas is Anjelica Huston, Gabriel Byrne, Lance Reddick, Catalina Sandino Moreno, Norman Reedus, with Ian McShane and of course Keanu Reeves. Ballerina is directed by Len Wiseman who made such a good job of the action scenes in Die Hard 4.
BALLERINA debuts across the UK on 6th June 2025.
