Almost guaranteed to be one of the years blockbusters is the much anticipated and eagerly awaited sequel to Gladiator and we get a first glimpse with the arrival of the Gladiator II trailer.
The synopsis only goes as far as saying that the sequel follows Lucius, the son of Maximus’s love Lucilla, after Maximus’s death but the trailer looks awesome
With Russell Crowe not in the film the lead role goes to Paul Mescal supported by Pedro Pascal, Joseph Quinn, Fred Hechinger, Lior Raz, Derek Jacobi and Connie Nielsen and Denzel Washington. Helming the film is of course Ridley Scott.
